Extended Beep Test on Tuesday :)
For fitness, we were suppose to be doing the community run! It was foggy and cloudy so our class decided to stay inside and do the extended beep test up to 21! I felt really good after accomplishing it!! I went up to 5.5, then I started to take breaks. Near the end, I found myself taking a 3 to 1 ratio because it got harder and I needed time to catch my breath! All in all, I was proud of myself and I think I improved more than last year :D
Volleyball on Monday!
Yaayyy!! Volleyball was really fun! My team members were camille, nanki, and gurleen! Our group was very positive! We were dancing like crazy peoples hahaha! Even though we miss the ball or hit the ball we would always cheer and dance for each other! I wished we played more games in Get Fit! :P
INSANITY!!
LET"S DOO THISS!! Insanity was insane! At the beginning I had a positive and energetic attitude that I can do this! The first 10 - 15 mins were okay, but when they started to speed things up. I noticed that I was huffing and puffing alot.. I also modified some of the activities. I feel that I can improve my fitness level more if I have the motivation to do so!! :D
Weight Room!!
We did a two day weight workout! I only went for one of the day because i had a really bad cramp on the second day (girls problem) hahah anyways, my body, legs and arms were sore from the workout. Usually there is not allot of girls that does weightlifting but on this one day, I learned that girls can just do the same work as boys. I also learned allot of new information and how to exercise in the weight room!
Hub/Gym circuit! :)
The Hub and Gym Circuit was very tiring! D: but with all the sullivan's PE teacher motivating us!! I manage to accomplish it!! There were times where I wanted to stop walking, but I did a very light jog because mr.neufeld kept on saying " you can do this! don't give up!! " The obstacles were difficult, especially climbing over the mats thingy.. I remember doing the same circuit last year and I didn't do as well compared to this year! :)
Skating Field Trip
So Last week on Monday, our class was suppose to go to the Skating Field Trip. Only 10 people came and the rest of us didn't, i was one of them. I feel that each of us has different reasons of why we can't go. I feel that field trip is important because it let's us go out of our comfort zone and explore to try many different ways to exercise. I've missed three days of school and it had really brought my mark down. I was hesitating not to go because i didn't want to miss more school work. All in all, i wished that I went to go skating. :)

Hip Hop!!
Learn some new hip hop moves today! It was really FUN and doing the hockey pokey at the end of our dance! But camille's dancing was the best :D

Progress In Get Fit - Reflection
Get Fit has been awesome! I knew that I will enjoy this class ever since day one. I feel that everyone in our class has a positive attitude and is encouraging each other well. I feel that my motivation for this class so far this semester has been great! What motivates me are my friends. I enjoyed get fit very much! Probably the best PE class I've been in yet because everyone is so nice and welcoming. I've seen lots of improvements in my fitness! I've noticed I pushed and motivates myself more compared to the last 3 years I took PE. I want to improve in my leadership roles, active learning and participate more in this course! All in all Get Fit is the best PE class i've had and thanks to Mrs.Philips for making PE fun :)
